I am delighted to extend an invitation to a serene space where we can meditate, breathe, and momentarily pause the hustle of everyday life. Let's calm our minds and rejuvenate our nervous systems together.

This gathering is perfect for anyone seeking a dedicated time and space to breathe and be, whether you're looking for encouragement, consistency, a sense of community, or simply the solace of being alone—together.

Experience the unique and beneficial energy shared in a group setting. This collective energy can be profoundly nurturing for our personal discovery and healing journeys.

What to Expect:

    • A guided breathing exercise (pranayama) and/or visualization to prepare us for meditation
    • A Mudra (finger yoga) may be offered
    • Silent meditation while sitting or lying down for an extended period
    • An opportunity to share, if you feel inclined

When:

Our gathering begins on Thursday, September 12th, and will continue as long as there is interest. Each session will last approximately 30 minutes.
