Google Meet : Each group meets virtually and will last for about 30 minutes.

Fee:

To join the group, send an email to sign-up, and CHOOSE YOUR DAY!
Pay scale: Pay what you can: $10 - $20 / per group.

What to Expect:

    • Gather in a safe community to feel connected and supported
    • Gentle Somatic release
    • Guided breathing exercise (pranayama) and/or visualization to prepare for a meditation
    • Mudra (finger yoga) may be offered (activating Meridians to awaken our body’s natural healing abilities)
    • Sit or lay down in silent meditation surrounded by a curated soothing music
    • Opportunity to share

No prior experience necessary - This is for anyone who is looking for a dedicated time/ space to just breathe and be and reset the nervous system; who is looking to start a meditation or self-care practice or is looking for some encouragement or consistency for their routine; for a sense of connection/community, or to simply be alone, together.
There is a special beneficial energy that’s shared when we are in a group gathering. Sharing this energy and taking it in can be very nourishing for us and our individual discovery/healing journeys. It’s easier together than alone.
